Good conclusion to this set of books. Let down a bit as the story is cearly not over and I would expect Stross to return to the series at some point.

Scary, would be funny if the stories wern't true. -
Amazing and eye opening look into how we are all deceived by what we see and read.
You may start thinking I would not be fooled by that, but come the end I think you might find a few cases where if not fooled, you may find you have a different view on the point.
Well worth a read.

Interesting collection of blog style articles. Written at the turn of the millennium, or rather not as the author points out himself. Quite different to his normal writing but his humour comes though well. Some of it has dated, but on the whole a fun read.

I bought this based mainly on the recomendation on the cover by Peter Hamilton and indeed it is an interesting story, with a few novel (to me) ideas. However overall I ended up feeling a bit let down as it never really lived up to the expectations.
The main story is accompanied by a number of sho ... (continue ) -

The Barsoom Project
Interesting mix of fantasy, sci-fi with a hint of detective. The fantasy/old religion side of it seemed to work, the Sci-fi side for me didn't and I kept thinking that it just wouldn't work that way.
Worth reading but not a classic by any means.
