Can see why Stig Larsson's books have been so popular. This was in the "unputdownable" class - a crime mystery in the Inspector Poirot mould was my view of it. Very enjoyable read, though there were a few parts a bit distasteful in terms of the violence portrayed, the language used and the moralit ... (

Alec Motyer provides an excellent commentary on Exodus. The key thing is the brilliant way in which he links the Exodus story with the redemption that comes through Christ.
