Malcolm Gladwell is a brilliant writer. Outliers is much better than his last book 'Blink'. Actually his theory in this book is not new. Other than the factor of personal quality, success is a combination of 'right time, right place & right people' sounds familiar, especially for us Chinese. But Gladwell presents his idea with lots of interesting stories, findings, thorough research with great insight, making the book highly readable. The cases he gives in the book would be good topics to share with friends during gathering.
