Anatopsis By Chris Abouzeid

I like this book because it was marked fantasy. I especially liked the part when the "Os Divinitas" was revealed inside Anatopsis. It was all according to an old prophecy:

I like this book because it was marked fantasy. I especially liked the part when the "Os Divinitas" was revealed inside Anatopsis. It was all according to an old prophecy:

HALF AND HALF NOW TORN AWAY

COULD YET BE WHOLE AGAIN ONE DAY,

WHEN A DEAD HEART SEEKS AND A
    DEAD EYE FINDS

TWO OF MORTAL AND IMMORTAL KIND.

IN ICE FROM A SWORD, FLAMES FROM A
    SHEILD,

    TWO ENEMIES UNITED, ONE BEARER
    REVEALED.

    THEN LET FEAR MELD CREATION,
    DESIRE,

HATE STOKE THE HOTTEST OF FIRES

    ENOUGH TO CRACK SWORD, SHIELD,
    AND STONE,

ENOUGH TO MEST ATHEN, TURN SPIRIT
    TO BONE,

IN THE FORGE OF HEPHAESTUS LET
    MAN'S HEART MEET

    THE WHITE-HOT FIRE OF DESPAIR
    AND DEFEAT,

AND IF IT MESTS, THE GODS SHALL
    REIGN,

    AND MANKIND NEVER DREAM AGAIN.

I'll tell you the parts that happened.

Two of mortal and immortal kind: Barnaby(A dog of the human world), Clarissa (A human girl and Anatopsis' chambermaid and best friend), Anatopsis (The princess of Solomon Castle. and the one who has a part of the Os Divinitas inside her body and is revealed after a tournament.), and Barnaby(the prince of Georges Castle and who falls in love with Anatopsis).

two enemies united one bearer revealed Georges and Solomon castle are enemies The bearer is Anatopsis.

She can do stuff no other immortal can . Enough to crack sword, shield, and stone, enough to melt athen, turn spirit to bone. That's Anatopsis

    That's all the important stuff

She ventures into the Greeny Jungle to find the cure, which is an unfertilized elgort egg and impossible to retrieve. That is why I love this book. Because it shows the courage of a girl who takes the risk of being killed by the creatures of the Greeny Jungle.
