    Great Read!

I liked the pace at which the book flowed, although sometimes I felt that the characters were somewhat one dimensional, as I never really became attached to any of them...with the exception of Moses who really creeped me out! I was pleasantly surprised by the ending of the book though, and it made me wish there was just a bit more to read...maybe a part two!?! I would recommend it to anyone who craves a look into someone else's crazy existence.

  • I didn't think I was going to be able to finish this book after reading only the first couple chapters because it was so sad. I'm glad I made myself finish the bookt though, because it was an excellent story!

Cover of Crystal Lies
  • I didn't hate this book, but it just didn't compare to other books that I've read that dealt with drug abuse.

Cover of The Wednesday Sisters
  • I wasn't too sure I was going to like this book but I'm glad I stuck it out. It turned out to be a pretty good story and I wouldn't mind trying another book by this author.

Cover of Still Alice
  • Early On-Set Alzheimer's

It took me the first couple chapters to get into this story, but once I got past that I really enjoyed the book. It was a bit scary, the way you followed along as this womans disease progressed, but interesting and informative the whole way through.

Cover of The Hunger Games
  • Read this!!!

One of the most interesting books I have read in awhile. I did find it a bit disturbing (as was the intent of the book I suppose) but it was so well written I had a hard time putting it down. The book was exciting the whole way through and I can hardly wait to read the second book!

    Sweet Mandarin

I love true stories, and this one was pretty good! I like to read stories about people who overcome their hardships and really make a great life for themselves, and that is exactly what happens with these three generations of Chinese women. Great book!
