Nice little fresh book. You need every now and then to read of girls who don’t want to bend to rules imposed by others – usually elders – of young “chevaliers” always ready to help them because not only they fell in love, but also because it is the right thing to do. If, more than this, you find the sea as a main character, attention for animals and their needs and feeling, it is even better. If, as in this instance, it is also well written , I don’t think you can ask for more!!!!
Sul serio. Per chi deve andare a Londra per la prima volta è assolutamente consigliato: Londra vista con il cuore e non con il cervello. Sembra incredibile - tutti adorano Parigi - ma anche io sono innamorata di questa città e ogni volta che ci torno è un'emozione ...

Gran bel libro, che parla di una condizione inimmaginabile per noi ma effettiva negli Stati Uniti del secondo dopoguerra - con Kennedy presidente! - ma con un tocco di leggerezza ironia che lascia tutto più che godibile...

Nice little fresh book. You need every now and then to read of girls who don’t want to bend to rules imposed by others – usually elders – of young “chevaliers” always ready to help them because not only they fell in love, but also because it is the right thing to do.
