The novel Kiss Me Kill Me by Lauren Henderson is the poorest book I've read this year. A regretful read honestly. Henderson takes us through a couple of months in a teen girl's life in England. It was really just a rich girl whining about feeling guilty about ditching her friend for the popular group and feeling guilty about the death of her crush after he suffocated in her arms. This novel only serves to set the stage for the trilogy, it really doesn't lead anywhere about solving the mystery of Dan McAndrew's death until the last four chapters or so. It's a book someone would enjoy if they enjoy the stereotypical high school scene, it's pretty pathetic.
