I think this story is quite interesting, because it is a story about the life of a butler during the period between World War I and II.

I appreciate that Stevens have thought and reflected on what he had done in his life, and tried to correct his weakness for doing things too stiff and cold before. But I think it is a pity that he still cannot admit his feeling towards Miss Kenton, and he did not give advise to Lord Darlington on the issue about German.

I think this book is very interesting and imaginative, I started to love reading children books, for it has brought me the feelings when I was small, full of imaginations and innocence.

This story is about a boy exchanged his body with his cat, and started his day being a cat. He firstly finds it was quite interesting, for he could do things which he had never done before, but lastly he found life is also hard to be a cat, and feels sorry to make his mother upset.

The next day, he found everything back to normal, and he is glad that his mother is happy again. But when he arrived school, he found his teacher acted like a cat, sat on the desk and licked on his sweater!

I love the last quote ' the silver bell will ring, only to the one who truly believes'.
I think this sentence has beautifully described the beauty of imaginations and dreams.

Nowadays, I think that not only teenagers, but even children with the age five, didn't believe old stories about nymphs and heroes, but only money, beauty and power-with the heart filled with reality of modern world. I think if the world is not so complicated, eveyone will be much happier and enjoy the beauty of nature and time staying with our friends and families.

I feel pity about the life of Tess, because her life is totally ruined by a bad man from an ancient noble family.

It is the encourage from her mother to tell her to visit the D'urberville family, especially one of the member called Alec. And her beauty and innocent, which has seduced Alec, ruined her life that should be very happy and peaceful.

If she hasn't visit the D'urberville, she wouldn't have met Alec, and would live with Angel happily ever after.

I think this story is very interesting, because it is about how people live in the author's imagined new world.
I find the way how the people devide their society into classes very interesting. The people create new lives by the help of technology, and treated them as the classes they are chosen, to fix into the characteristics and ways they should act in that class.
