Clearly a book to read when things fall apart, which is exactly my case, at this point of my life. Sometimes when everything seems to be going wrong, in the wrong direction and you are so tired that you don't even feel like crying, this book suggests you essentially to refrain, look and listen to your life. Don't care about the illusion, life, death, do tonglen and exercise prajina, and maybe you will get into Dharma and leave Samsara behind.
That is for me the toughest lesson, I am trying hard and must confess I struggle.
