某次在flickr (http://www.flickr.com)流連,無意中發現了一個有趣的玩意:時間錦囊(http://photojojo.com/timecapsule),只要登記你的flickr 資料,時間錦囊就會每兩個月給你寄出一個電郵,裏面會貼出一年前這兩個月份你的相簿裏最有趣的flickr 照片數張,你還可以寫几句話給一年後的自己,讓時間錦囊記住。每次我收到這封電郵,也會驚訝於時間的飛逝:這張相原來是一年前拍下的嗎?一年前我曾到過這地方嗎?那几張相片給我的感覺既熟悉又陌生,被埋葬在電子相簿裏的記憶就這样得以在電郵裏重生(可惜一CLICK 過後卻又再次被埋葬在云云電郵裏)。

然後我好奇想了解多一點發明這有趣玩意的人是誰,所以訂閱了Photojojo 的通訊。結果我每個星期總會收到至少一封來自Photojojo 的電郵,它每次教我一個點子:或廢物利用把壞掉的相機變做有趣的花盤、或以相片製造有趣小禮物或個性化手飾文具、或揭開攝影的奧秘,教人如何捕捉光線的反映等等。總之,每次打開Photojojo 的電郵,它就是要提醒你一click 過後,你還可以怎样活用相片,添加生活情趣。
終於Photojojo 的第一本書面世了(我相信他們的書陸續有來),正如兩位作者在序言所述:「我們建立Photojojo 是因為身邊朋友總愛以新型數碼相機拍很多很多照片,然後統統忘掉。這真可惜,因為我們看見這些相片的千百萬可能。過去多年來我們不斷告訴別人怎樣令拍攝、照片變得更有趣,也就是如何把照片由電腦資料夾帶到現實世界。」全書載錄的五十多個點子主分為兩個部份:照片的可能性、相機/拍攝的可能性。每個點子也是圖文並茂,按部就班教你如何DIY。喜愛拍照的人,一定會喜愛Photojojo!
