對禪修、內觀或冥想有研究或初步實踐者而言，前半部很能心領神會。我看了不禁喝采起來，因為早在這麼久以前就有人可以用白話文來說明、描述禪修，或至少是禪修的一部份。但是後半部卻讓人摸不著頭，尤其是這一段：不需要追尋，成就終究是一場空，它根本不會造成任何差異，所以，現在就快樂起來吧！愛是世界上僅有的真實，你知道，因為愛是『唯一』。
關於「愛」的論述，出現得很突兀。當然，最有可能的是，自已的修為不夠。如人飲水，冷暖自知。還沒喝到水，別人再怎麼說也沒用的。
