I'm confused with this description (I don't actually have the book, just added it to represent an electronic copy I have). Is it the one from the back of the book? First of all, the story starts with the woman exclaiming "It's fruitcake weather!", not the boy. Then, she is never called by the name. The afterword says that Capote in his childhood had a close relationship with his older female cousin Sook Faulk, but I don't think it gives us the freedom to name the character. Or is something wrong with my version?
