Starting on Jan 1, 2007, 10-digit ISBNs will be phased out by 13-digit ones. Since 13-digit ISBNs are the same as barcodes, which aNobii handles fine, you should have no problem using the new ISBNs.

Updated: The old 10-digit ISBNs will still be usable.
