The essays are brilliant but the translation is awful! Full of mistakes, e.g. your modest past -->你過去的謙卑! Why didn't 陶傑 point out the mistakes!

An interesting book that helps me in two different aspects:
1) learn how to write elegant English, using simple words
2) broaden my horizon by learning how a HK-based foreigner view the political events of HK
不中.不英. 2 and 不中.不英. 3 are definitely on my to-read list.

Both the English and Chinese versions are well written. The choice of word and the writing style are fantastic.

No question, beautiful English to taste and learn. I, however, haven't finished, because those articles enclosed are no more current news. I, instead, start to read Mr. Chugani's news column in SCMP.
