This is the very first book that I read when I started to learn about HR.<br />It did introduced some very new and interesting concepts to me.

This book develops the good frame work of service-oriented leadership which is a pyramid of "will" - "love" - "service and sacrifice" - "authority" - "leadership". It is presented in a diary format of a one week workshop at a monastery. If you are facilitating a discussion meeting, perhaps, you will find the process of thoughts-provoking, handling dialogues among conflicting personalities and or positions, and, how the conclusion is finally reached is good learning point too from this book.
