  作者以犀利的文筆，描述出抗戰時期中國人的生活百態--他們利刃式的言詞，他們機關算盡的心思，他們言行不一的作為。心裡對這些角色的三言二事儘管有諸多不認同，但可怕的是，閱讀當下細細審視自己，發現書中人物許多的性情作為在自己身上亦不少見啊，在為作者一針見血的見解叫好的同時，也讓我感到好似被人看透般的些許不自在！
