孟昭瑋精通易數，於退休之暇，撰著《易卦圓陣蠡窺》一書，一九七八年問世後，成為「中華易經講座」學生必購之易數讀本，銷行全省。最初銷量平平，但三、五年後，突然洛陽紙貴，一書難求，遂增印多版。提及數字與推數，不離《大衍索隱》一書，特別附加於本書的前半部。本書原收錄為「四庫全書珍本子部術數類」。今所提供的版本係昭和十年（民國廿四年一九三五）十月九日「台北帝國大學」典藏的版本，至為珍貴。
