I enjoy reading this book. It serves like an emotional management Bible and reminds lots of ethnic thoughts while facing difficulties. Though the principles taught in book are common and simple, the author did a wonderful job on selecting them into chapters. This definitely will be one of the best I would recommend someone who's going through his/her emotional frustration.
