寫給美食的情書

  我出生在大陸食物最匱乏的年代,本身又是餓鬼投胎,所以從小饑不擇食,飯量驚人。親友避之唯恐不及,所到之處堅壁清野。

  小時後就離開父母所在的城鎮,投奔外婆的小山村。外公漁獵養殖樣樣皆精,我吃了無數河鮮山珍,估計在所有的寫食作者中,有此機緣的不會太多,這是我敢在這?高談闊論的一點資本。

  我吃下的可能是大陸最後一批自然生長的河鮮山珍,此後由於?所周知的原因,野生動物基本上已經不見蹤影,碩果僅存如熊貓也和權貴們一道向歐美移民。

  因為嗜吃如命,所以也喜歡看一些美食文字,有一天突然覺得自己也可以寫,既能愉悅同好,又能貼補飯費,何樂而不為?

  夜雨剪春韭,新炊間黃粱。我沒有唐魯孫先生的博聞強記,更沒有他當年的錦衣玉食。讀者諸君就當是過故人莊,陪我吃吃農家小炒,拉拉家常。

作者簡介
