It has three trilogies and my favorite is the first one. The author depicts the stories from the twins' perspective in a cold tone. The three stories are kind of sad, especially the last one. I didn't read the every detail of the last one since it was a totally different story and it was not as enjoyable as the first one. Actually I even got confused sometimes while reading the last one. So I don't recommend it.
The first one is really awesome. I like the twin boys' story with their grandma and the town. They became cruel and had no feeling of others in order to live in the World War II era. It seems very sad but in the kind of situation, everyone may changes even the innocent kids. So I think it's just human nature. painful,but enjoyable
