This is more less like a summary of the first 4 新君王論, especially under the topic of "spin doctor". If you haven't read any of those books, this is a very good book, and in a more organised presentation.

Pretty easy to read, can finish very fast. Good for some basic, initate idea for "Spin Doctor". Also good for PR industry people.
