It is a well written book and it is very easy to read.
Concept of the book is very simple: centralized administration vs decentralized administration. The author uses vivid examples to demonstrate the benefits (flexibility) of the latter. For example, the author uses the success story of eBay (users to rate) and Wiki (experts are out there) to clearly deliver his idea. And most importantly, there is a good balance and I don't see the book is one-sided.
