  我看的其實是「遠景」出的版本，譯者是同一人，不知道這兩本究竟翻譯有沒有變過就是了。
  過去只知道《老人與海》故事的大意，也沒想過去翻原著。但這一年來迷上海洋文學，在廖鴻基與夏曼‧藍波安口中都一次又一次的聽到《老人與海》，今天終於去圖書館借來看，真的是非常棒的作品！雖然大部分的人可能會著重在書本的寓意，或者如「人不是為挫敗而生的，...人可以毀滅，卻不能挫敗。」之類有感染力的文句，但除此之外，這本書對於漁人、海洋生物及海洋本身的描寫也非常迷人。（其中描寫到公魚會讓母魚先吃食物，但若母魚吃到的是漁人的餌，公魚會伴在母魚旁直到最後一刻。這樣的情節廖鴻基也有提到呢！）真是很好看的小說！

  cannot realise those inspirations w/o reading the preface, or, too overwhelmed by the preface which could have distracted the reading enjoyment a bit.
