The concepts in this book that involve possibility are too difficult. This book is a uncomprehensible bestseller to an outsider like me and most of the readers. The auther insists that history is full of high improbable event or the "black swan", therefore he used no historical event to explain his theory of the uselessness of Gaussian ditribution. May be it is true that all of us areobsessed with or even intoxicated with the use of historical event to explain, prove and justify everythings, which this method is regarded as irrational and "non-sense" by the author.
I think I can better understand this book by learning more about finance and risk management. I believe that one day, I would understand the arguement of the "black swan" by heart.
