  Without exception I have enjoyed every book written by Sue Townsend and I think I have read them all.
  Adrian Mole returns in this title and he is now 34 but his life is just as complicated and caotic as ever! If you enjoy a good laugh you will enjoy this.

  L'ultimo Adrian Mole

  Di Adrian Mole ho letto tutti i libri, e questo è l'ultimo. Ho seguito i suoi passi dagli anni '80 al 2004. I primi due libri mi erano piaciuti, poi due libri "scarsi" dove l'autrice sembrava cercare in tutti i modi di inventarsi qualcosa che facesse colpo, poi questo.

  Di Adrian Mole ho letto tutti i libri, e questo è l'ultimo. Ho seguito i suoi passi dagli anni '80 al 2004. I primi due libri mi erano piaciuti, poi due libri "scarsi" dove l'autrice sembrava cercare in tutti i modi di inventarsi qualcosa che facesse colpo, poi questo.

  Ho votato "così così" perché devo dire che qui il livello è risalito, il finale strappa-lacrime è molto toccante, ma l'inizio del libro è pasticciato.

  In questo libro Adrian ha seri problemi economici e non posso fare a meno di pensare ad uno scopiazzamento di "I Love Shopping" della Kinsella, con tutte le lettere dei creditori e la situazione che diventa più critica ogni giorno che passa e lui che continua imperterrito a comprare cazzabubbole, che mi verrebbe voglia di entrare nel libro e urlargli "ma sei cretino?".

  Interessante il personaggio di Marigold, purtroppo gente così esiste davvero.

  Honestly I like the young Adrian much better. It's just that seeing a grown-up having his life messed up as before, you'd wonder dully why this man just never learnt anything in all those years passed. Though on average 'tis still a good read.
