    Mystical Journey to Avalon

This is the story of Arthur. Written through the eyes of Morgaine, the Fey. And probably because it is thus biased, I wished that Lancelot could love her instead of Guinevere.

This is the story of Arthur. Written through the eyes of Morgaine, the Fey. And probably because it is thus biased, I wished that Lancelot could love her instead of Guinevere.

I have read and re-read this book 3, 4 times. And I still enjoy it. And I still find something different and compelling that I haven't seen before.

There is particularly a passage in the book that moves me all the time - when Morgaine's mother, Vivianne realises that King Uther Pendragon is actually her soul mate from another life. But he does not recognise her.

    Goddess Fiction

This book was awesome! I was so enamored with this book I could not put it down. I'm tempted everyday to pick it up and read it again.

  • This is not another book about King Arthur's Legend! Finally a book on the Morgana's side. The best book of the Bradley Avalon's saga!!!

  • The story of King Arthur, from the point of view of the women. A huge, epic novel, well worth the effort. This is one that will stay on my bookshelf, to be read again someday.

  • Good Read until the last 200 pages

I enjoyed the first two-thirds of this book immensely. I even went back and picked up an Arthurian Encyclopedia to brush up on all of the characters! But, I have to say, the last section of the book really dragged on. Much of it could have been cut as it was repetitive.
