  從尼泊爾健行回來的延伸閱讀，可能作為下次往波卡啦方向去健行的預習吧。這是一本「心靈旅行日記」的典型作品。雖然我不同意作者本人過於崇拜神秘的性格（太軟弱了），但是讀來也是饒富趣味。作者留在 Shey 的那十天特別精彩，很羨慕那種日子。下山時的心情也描寫得很逼真，很坦白，看得出來此人的懊惱與矛盾。
