Distopia
Mi ero fatta ingannare dal titolo e dalla copertina, entrambi molto romantici, ma ho trovato ben altro in questo romanzo. Sono stata condotta a piccoli passi in uno scenario sempre più disumano ed inquietante. Una distopia del nostro tempo, narrata da Ishiguro con infinita grazia e poesia.

I never like sci-fi novels, but this one is an exception. It brings out a lot of issues about technology development and its impact on human nature. Where should we draw the line between natural evolution and scientific advancement? Who should decide what is right for humankind?
