The Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of World Order

Read in conjunction with Friedman
This is a wonderful book, but Huntington puts too little stock in the role of globalization as a tempering force. The result is a gloomier picture than justified. Reading this in conjunction with Friedman's THE WORLD IS FLAT provides a more realistic view of the world today.
