The sensational killings that have rocked San Francisco appear to be unrelated except in their brutality. But detective Lindsay Boxer senses there's some thread connecting them all. She calls her friends in the Women's Murder Club together to see if they can discover what it is. Surely some clue has been overlooked by their bosses and male colleagues.

Working with Chronicle reporter Cindy Thomas, Assistant District Attorney Jill Bernhardt, and medical examiner Claire Washburn, Lindsay discovers that there is indeed a link. I don't really care for that style because while I think the author means it as a 'twist', I'm ready to be done with the book and then it goes on and on way after that. These are OK books though. Nothing you'll really remember down the road but interesting enough for the time you are reading them.

  • I loved this one too

    I didn't read it on audio but this was the only one I could find on anobii. Great 2nd book in the series. I look forward to reaing the next ones.

  • 2nd in the series of James Patterson Women's Murder Club books. The book follows the women as they attempt to solve a racially motivated series of murders. Very interesting and tense. As always the murderer is never who you think it is...
