An important book on globalization. The episodes are so fascinating that you'll agree he's "got the best job of the world." You may say that he's magnifying the exceptions or extreme examples that he has the priviledge to observe. • interesting report on the development of the internet, but onesided, rather superficial overall evaluation of the world's supposed flatness - surprising (?) unawareness (?) in hailing capitalism and the free market as universally good joybringers in a globalised, "flat" world (...).
