Different individuals have different priorities and in order to connect with our partner, we need to be able to identify what language they best understand. Expressing love in a way that your partner doesn't understand also leads to frustration on both ends as we feel that we are doing a lot and our partner feels that we aren't doing anything for them.
I would suggest this book to anyone who is committed to better understand how to love your partner leading to a happier life :-) There are some things that the author has suggested to do to improve our love language and also how to determine our language through a simple quiz.
