I couldn't believe how lame the last line of this was. Granted I was listening to it on CD which was quite fun, but the last line was jut ridiculous.
a good ride!
the ambigram designs are AMAZING.
a bit implausible in parts, but that's what makes it fun. had some good food for thought as well.
Another book that didn't grab me but was still quite interesting.
A lot of people will say they liked this better than the DaVinci Code, but I would have to disagree. Still very good, but in a different way. A little bit more fantastic if nothing else. I like a book if I can't guess how it's going to end and this was one of them.
Although this is the first book in the series (I mean books involving Langdon), it was the second one that I read. I enjoyed it much more than The DaVinci Code. I remember just turning the pages needing to find out what was going to happen next or to see what other clues were out there.
I personally like this better than Da Vinci Code. Really made me want to visit Rome and Vatican ... which I am planning to do so this summer!
This is better than The Da Vinci Code and a wonderful read.
I like it better than The Da Vinci Code -- the plot seems to be more coherent.
Wow!! What an interesting book to read. I can't wait to read the others by this author. You definately learn a lot about the Catholic Christians and the Vatican.
I really liked this book, unlike other members of my household. I thought it was a great read. And the ambigrams were awesome. I made some wicked shirts with those :)
I read this book after finally reading the Da Vinci Code and I liked it much better. It's a more well-written story and holds together much better than DVC.
