I loved the Pilot's Wife. But this book comes with a twist that any good reader sees coming from page 10. The story is terribly transparent, and the only reason one completes it is that you want to see if the book proves you wrong. It doesn't. You never fall in love with the characters, though at one point you do feel bad for the story's victim. Sorry, but this was a miss.
