I have rarely been so disappointed in a book. I was really looking forward to this continuation of the Odd Thomas series. I guess it's good I read it so I will have kept up with the series when the next book comes out because it introduces characters that I think will come into future books. However, the story was bad, the writing dull and if you are new to Dean Koontz or don't read the Odd series- my advice would be skip this book completely.
