How on earth did it win a Pulizer Prize?

It rarely happens to me, but I had to give up on this book. It took 1 week to read 66 pages... I simply couldn't do it.

  • Amazing writing style. Reading this book was pure pleasure.
Great characters and charming settings.
4 stars, instead of 5, because the ending is a bit lacking in closure.

  • Adored this book.

From the believable and beautifully flawed characters to the unique quality of the writing, i was drawn into this book. I should have read it long ago, but I'm glad I finally sat down to do it on a snow day. I wish I had been in a book club, as this book left the reader with a lot to ponder and disc ... (continue)
