I love this book. After devouring the book, I found it a very satisfying experience. Interesting studies and statistics to convey the idea that outliers are not purely coming from hard work and individual merits, but also from opportunities and cultural legacies.
The most interesting chapter is the one talking about why Korean Air planes crash more often that the others...
