This is my first proper Chinese novel that i have read in ten years. Took me more than a year to get through this book - not because it was boring but i was rather unaccustomed to reading in my mother tongue. Originally, i thought this series (of four books) was about martial arts, but it is more about fengshui and how the characters utilize this skill against one another. I am liking the story plot so far, and have not regretted purchasing this series.
