Book Description
Tutto comincia nella seconda metà del quattordicesimo secolo, quando Aurora si innamora di Amedeo VII (il Conte Rosso, erede di casa Savoia). La loro storia è però osteggiata dal padre di Amedeo (il Conte Verde). Aurora rimane incinta e deve fuggire: una piccolissima mutazione genetica caratterizza la vita di sua figlia Francesca, vera erede di casa Savoia, in quanto primogenita di Amedeo. Il perno della vicenda è la scoperta di un segreto che un pittore della fine del quindicesimo secolo (Giovanni Canavesio) ha nascosto nei suoi dipinti. Oggi poi, grazie proprio a quella “mutazione genetica” (la labile traccia indelebile!), è forse possibile rintracciare l’unico vero erede di casa Savoia destinato, presto o tardi, a riprendere il potere.
