  • Saramago 200%, not to be missed.

    If I was a writer, this is the book I would love to have written. Every character is sculptured in Saramago's hypnotizing writing.

  • Claustrophobic, unnerving, disturbing. Everybody becomes blind, the system collapses and the worst sides of humans come to the (white) light.

    By the way, the movie is also quite good, very much the book.
