  Eccoci di fronte ad un classico che secondo me disattende molte attese.Scrittura davvero terribile...inutilmente prolisso in alcuni punti e troppo sbrigativo in altri, compreso il finale.La paura, quella vera, non mi ha mai assalito.Una grossa delusione...

  Critiche e apprezzamenti.

  Non ho approvato assolutamente il comportamento del Prof Victor Frankestein durante tutta la durata del libro. Sopratutto l'atteggiamento ostile e l'orrore che ha provato fin da subito nei confronti di una creatura (solo perchè brutta) che per altro lui stesso aveva creato.

  Non ho approvato assolutamente il comportamento del Prof Victor Frankestein durante tutta la durata del libro. Sopratutto l'atteggiamento ostile e l'orrore che ha provato fin da subito nei confronti di una creatura (solo perchè brutta) che per altro lui stesso aveva creato.
  Lo sviluppo del libro e al quanto banale e molti eventi potevano facilmente essere evitati.
  Pi è piaciuta invece la struttura del libro, ad anello, tutta in analessi (simile a quella dell'Odissea).
  E ho adorato la profonda introspezione psicologica della "Creatua".

  Non mi aspettavo assolutamente questo epilogo, o quella caratterizzazione del Mostro. Davvero un personaggio estremamente complesso, che fa pensare a come la sua sorte non sia così rara in realtà.   Non mi aspettavo assolutamente questo epilogo, o quella caratterizzazione del Mostro. Davvero un personaggio estremamente complesso, che fa pensare a come la sua sorte non sia così rara in realtà. Il Mostro mi è piaciuto tanto tanto tanto. Anche il personaggio di Frankenstein, la volontà di vendetta sembra avergli dato un'aura da super eroe che lo spinge fino al polo nord pur di ottenerla. 5 stelline al capolavoro di Mary Shelley che andrebbe, senza dubbio, letto in inglese. La traduzione non mi è piaciuta affatto. Fa perdere molta dell'atmosfera macabra che è fondamentale nella vicenda. Posso dirlo perchè ho avuto modo di leggere un breve passo in inglese xD

• L'idea e la costruzione narrativa sono originali e degne di nota... ma lo svolgimento del racconto è troppo ridondante e finisce per diventare noioso.
