this is a really fabulous book that not only gives good advice on presentation design, but also on life, design, and how we present ourselves as people. beyond the practical concepts it teaches, there are a number of other lessons one can learn between the lines. normally i would find this borderline offensive, but Reynolds manages to be objective and not at all pushy -- he isn't selling you a way of life; simply telling you a story about what he believes in and explaining why. it is clear, concise, and beautifully put together.
