I think the information in this book is good and useful, but I didn't like the writing. I think the information in this book is good and useful, but I didn't like the writing. My mind kept wandering as I was reading and I was thinking at first I was not as interested in the subject as I thought I was. Later I read a magazine article where I found the same lack of attention and then I realized it was by the same author. I don't care for her style and all and I don't feel her personal stories add anything to the facts she was presenting.
I'm also not sure how the title of her book relates to the information on the inside. It was a lot of good information on meditation, but I didn't feel like it had anything practical to do with not being afraid. I will not be reading anything else by this author.
Also, the author claims to have a 7 day program to follow but it's really unpractical for any person with a job and family. A few practical, real-life solutions would have been nice. I'm glad I got this one from the library and didn't spend any money.
