作者簡介

湯米．耀德（Tommy Jaud）

　　1970年生，高中畢業後在幼稚園（蜜蜂班）服社會役，隨後在邦堡（Bamberg）大學德國文學系就讀，數年前放棄學業搬到科隆，當起自由作家，為許多電視節目編寫腳本。2004年出版小說處女作《男人都是智障》（Vollidiot），立刻登上暢銷排行榜，目前已破百萬本銷量。2006年出版第二本小說《智障假期》（Resturlaub），同樣迅速攻占排行榜，陰魂久久不散，為該年度全歐洲最暢銷的書籍之一。2007年第三本小說《百萬富翁》（Million?r）出版，暢銷依舊。

　　2007年《男人都是智障》電影版上映，劇本由耀德本人改編。

　　耀德稱自己的小說是「用來閱讀的電視劇」。《明鏡週刊》認為他的小說「使沉寂已久的德國男性小說再度復活」。德國Amazon書店編輯評論則稱他的小說「觀察敏銳、緊緊抓住時代精神」。

譯者簡介

洪清怡

　　美國馬里蘭大學德國文學碩士。曾於美國國際特殊奧運會華盛頓總部，任歐亞分會的管理職務。居德國多年，曾於德國不來梅大學科技暨教育研究院任職，負責歐盟贊助研究計畫的管理事宜。現任職德國瑪爾堡大學醫學研究中心，籌辦國際學術會議與聯絡國外事務。譯有《家用哲學藥箱》（究竟）、《中途下車──旅人一年記》。

quite interesting - i'd say fascinating during the first few chapters. so truthful and amusing. the narration on what a messy life of a typical man is so accurate and pathetic. it's just peter pan under the hood of every man! but things got rather repetitive after about 1/3 of the book. still, i ...
