The book is a good read on the Enron fiasco. If you have heard
people talking about Enron/SOX and have wondered about what the hype is all about, this book provides a good history on the issue. Although, the book is written from an ethical standpoint, the details were laid out very clearly. I would say that the book can be enjoyed more with some accounting background!
