    I didn't realize it's one of Miss Marple's stories until almost 2/3 of the book!

    The book is very easy to read -- the little town is quite interesting, despite the murder that happened there. The mystery part actually isn't particularly bloody or mysterious, but the author described everyone in detail and I can almost see everyone in the town. The ending is quite cute and nice too.

The placid village of Lymstock seems the perfect place for Jerry Burton to recuperate from his accident under the care of his sister, Joanna.
