A brilliant book, one of the best I have read. Most entertaining!
This is perhaps the most entertaining historical novel I have read. The Baroque Cycle of Stephenson is one of the best historical novels of the XX century. There, I said it. And I have all of O'Brian's books too, so it's not that I don't have any reference.
