Only to find, when I picked it back up, that I no longer even remembered much of anything about general relativity. Maybe I'll try again in five years... so take your time with those collisions, CERN people.

  • My first introduction to string theory. For the popular level reader, Greene's highly acclaimed book is a masterpiece in showing how strange and interesting the universe really can be. You won't say "physics is boring" anymore.

  • The string theory seems to be a very interesting way of understanding our universe.

    However it is based on so many other difficult theories, I wonder if I can fully understand this book? Since I can't follow up the adapted films very well ...
