This book is yet another installment in the Gallup series that started with _First Break all the Rules_.
I fell in love with _First Break all the Rules_, and I have read many of the follow on books. Some of them have been little more than thin repackages of elements of the first book. This one seemed more substantial to me in the bookstore, and although the authors do not introduce many ideas not found in the first one, they do share new supporting information and different vignettes. And, interestingly, seeing the same thing in a different light helped me see it better.
I would still recommend you read _First Break all the Rules_ over this one, but this book gave me some interesting insights into my current situation at work and new ideas.
