  長輩想對後輩說的話

  這本書大概就是許多老闆或者長輩想要告訴年輕小伙子的話吧！基本上大部分的內容都和平常看到的職場勵志書一樣，充滿著各種規則，唯一比較好的是裡面故事比較多，不過也只有前面一開始的故事比較恰當，越後面故事就顯得越生硬隨便，到後來根本就跟平常市面上換湯不換藥的職場勵志書一樣。

  為什麼能成為暢銷書？為什麼？是因為買書的人都只有看第一章嗎？還好我沒有這種衝動。

  An useful, easy-to-scan-through book as it serves as a good reminder to your attitude toward life, in certain aspects. Worth of buying? For some maybe, yet I would choose to read it through in the bookstore.

  The written structure is straightforward; a main point is presented, then followed by an example of a short story, then the author makes a closing comment. Good as it's easy to read. Bad is that this book lacks of certain depth, a more systematic approach or philosophical approach or explanation can be used when the author posted her comments.
